If you already have a teaching qualification like the TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA but need help launching your career, you can upgrade to one of our Mentorship Programs. These programs do not include the TEFL training and instead we start working on getting your documents, videos, and profiles ready for applications, interviews, and trial lessons. All programs include one of our specialist 30-hour exam preparation courses, access to our resource library, and lifetime support through our online teacher community groups. You can choose from a self-study or guided mentorship program, and add optional practical teacher training.

Our Professional and Advanced Career Mentorship Programs include live, guided sessions with Zander and personalized feedback. We’ll meet on Zoom, twice a week over 3 weeks to work on every aspect of launching your career with online schools and on freelance platforms to help get you interviews and private students.
